New bag

I just did it up today. It took about 45 minutes. I used te blue KK. I made it small so that if I want to go somewhere I can just put my lisence, keys and money in it and go. Later I plan on making one that is bigger. I have the rings for it on my dresser. Oh yeah before I forget.. I used Caron Simply Soft Quick yarn. I love that yarn... it is so soft.

Here is my son holding my bag. He seen me taking pictures and just had to have his picture taken holding it. lol He is a goofy little boy.

I used the small one for it. It turned out pretty good. I like the colors. Now I only have about 25 more to make. I think I'll make the others a little longer. I'm making them for kids between the ages of 5 to 10. I'm donating them to the school for the younger kids that don't have scarves. I plan on doing some hats too.

And not enough time. *L* I have finally restarted my magic scarf. Hopefully it will turn out this time. But my oldest son (he is 8) reminded me that I told him I would get his Slytherin scarf done. So I put the magic scarf down to get his scarf done. I have to get his scarf done soon because I need my blue loom to make socks for my mom for mothers day. My youngest son had to have a Hufflepuff one and I left the instructions I printed out at home when we left to do some things the other day and I messed up the strips on it. I told him I could fix it if he wanted but he liked it the way it was. It looks like a bumble bee.

I want to make this one for me. I like it because it has all the house colors on it. I think my husband wants one too. I must go stock up on black yarn. lol

Magic scarf

I had finished it but as I was knitting off I missed a peg and it started to unravel. It was done up in this pretty blue boa yarn. So it was really hard to find where to fix it. So I took it all out. I plan on starting it over tonight or maybe I'll put it off til the weekend.

I also have two other project to get done by Christams. My boys both want Harry Potter scarves. Youngest want a Hufflepuff and oldest wants a Slytherin. I'll have to shorten them up a bit though.

I just finished it yesterday. I made it for later use. Not much use for it now that it is getting warm. But the way our weather has been there isn't any telling. lol I'm thinking about putting fringes on the ends. I plan on making my neice one with a matching hat for Christmas. I think I'll use a heavier yarn. I used bernat frenzy on that one.

Then I've done up these as well. I thought that since I'm letting my hair grow out I'll need them. I also plan on making some of these for my neice and my mom.

Speaking of my mom I think I got her started with the knitting looms. She seen mine and some things I made and she had to get some.

I just really started to use my looms. I have had them for almost three months. I knew how to use them. I just didn't feel like doing anything with them. But I have made a few hats with them. Gave them all away. I have made a scarf, a belt type thing, a ponytail holder and some socks. I'll get some pictures up later. Well that is all for now.
